چکیده
Abstract This study confirmed the association with inflammation-related proteins, mediators, and cytokines using saucerneol D from Saururus chinensis leaf, a useful ingredient increased through elicitor treatment. To confirm anti-inflammatory effect, were treated lipopolysaccharide, which induces pro-inflammatory factors in Raw 264.7 cell. The influences measured by dint of chemical assay western blotting as well ELISA. As result, content was changed when eicitor various concentration (1.5, 3 mg/mL) S. leaves. In addition, expression levels hyaluronidase pro-inflammatory-related [nitric oxide (NO), inducible NO synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)] regulated according to elicitor-treated non-treated groups. Therefore, after confirming that has an inhibitory effect on factors, adjusted compared control substance verify efficacy. Saucerneol did not toxic macrophages 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. controlled at concentrations inhibited iNOS COX-2 proteins. produced activity, prostaglandin E 2 (PGE ), inflammatory mediator [interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)] significantly suppressed. it D, active treatment, could be used functional material controls factors.

Tacrolimus downregulates inflammation by regulating pro-/anti-inflammatory responses in LPS-induced keratitis
Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‑induced keratitis is a progressive infectious ocular disease in which innate inflammatory responses often cause clinical tissue damage and vision loss. The present study aimed to investigate the effects of tacrolimus, an effective immunomodulator, on LPS‑induced innate immune responses. The effects of tacrolimus on the apoptotic rate and viability of human corneal epith...
متن کاملQuercetin Reduces Inflammatory Responses in LPS-Stimulated Cardiomyoblasts
Flavonoids possess several biological and pharmacological activities. Quercetin (Q), a naturally occurring flavonoid, has been shown to downregulate inflammatory responses and provide cardioprotection. However, the mechanisms behind the anti-inflammatory properties of Q in cardiac cells are poorly understood. In inflammation, nitric oxide (NO) acts as a proinflammatory mediator and is synthesiz...
متن کاملUfm1 inhibits LPS-induced endothelial cell inflammatory responses through the NF-κB signaling pathway
Endothelial cell dysfunction and inflammatory responses are important early contributors to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis (AS), which still remains to be decoded. Ubiquitin-fold modifier 1 (Ufm1) is a new member of the ubiquitin-like protein family, and its biological function remains largely unknown, particularly in endothelial cell injury and inflammatory responses. In the...

BACKGROUND Resveratrol have been known to possess many pharmacological properties including antioxidant, cardioprotective and anticancer effects. Although current studies indicate that resveratrol produces neuroprotection against neurological disorders, the precise mechanisms for its beneficial effects are still not fully understood. We investigate the effect of anti-inflammatory and mechamisms...
